Changelog

Every release, newest first.

Each entry lists what changed and the SHA-256 of the builds published with it. Checksums are read from the release manifest, so what you see here is what the release script wrote — never edited by hand.

How the version numbers work

Ecryptgram inherits the version number of the upstream Telegram client it is forked from, so the two platforms deliberately do not share one number. That makes it easy to compare a build against the upstream release it is based on.

Windows

7.2.6

Follows Telegram Desktop.

Android

12.10.1

Follows Telegram for Android.

You can check the version you are running from the client's main menu, next to the About entry.
